From a customer’s first introduction to the AM brand to post-sales support and renewals, our Marketing and Customer Success teams provide timely, on-going client communications throughout the customer lifecycle to ensure the highest levels of service.

My role as a Customer Support Manager is very varied. Not only do I communicate daily with our customers, I also work closely with many different departments at AM. A challenging yet rewarding part of my job is training new starters joining our team. Other tasks can include sending out licence agreements, helping our Sales team and writing best practice documents.
