Giving back to society
We passionately believe that businesses should be socially accountable. This process begins with ensuring we have a sustainable business model, which in turn enables us to invest in our employees, and to give back to society at large.

Our core charitable aims are to increase opportunities for students and young people from disadvantaged backgrounds, and promote better access to higher education and the humanities.
Volunteering
We want our staff to actively engage with helping their communities so we offer all staff an annual day off for volunteering, either for their own causes or for our partner organisations.
Environment and Sustainability
We are committed to taking action on the climate crisis. We donate funds and volunteering time to local and global environmental organisations, including our carbon offsetting programme, and maintain a constant commitment to improving all aspects of our facilities and operations to be as environmentally friendly as possible.
Fundraising Matching Scheme
We support individual efforts by staff to raise money for causes close to their hearts, by offering a fundraising matching scheme.
