Our Product, Design and Engineering teams use the latest technologies to bring historical documents to life. Together, we give libraries and colleagues the tools to manage digitised materials, and help students and researchers discover historical information once buried in physical archives.

On the outside, we make sure our apps and sites are safe, secure, available and accessible. On the inside, we foster a culture of innovation and collaboration, allowing us to shape the future using our knowledge of the past.

    Alongside access to training tools and courses, we ringfence 5% of our time for personal development. Each team member receives 13 days per year to use for for learning new tools, technologies, and practices that can bring value to our team and enhance their expertise.

    Our head office in Marlborough offers a fantastic space to come together to collaborate, and we value the time we spend together. 

    Our team are required to come into the office once per month.

  • Team Days & Hackathons

    We come together several times each year for bigger events, learning and working collaboratively on topics of interest, sharpening our abilities, and building things.
