Ed joined the team in 2020, as VP Engineering, overseeing the engineering teams and their practices.

Ed has been leading software engineering teams across a number of sectors for around 5 years, and started his professional life as a software engineer nearly 15 years ago.

Ed's passion lies in nurturing highly effective autonomous teams, where software architecture, working practice, and learning are equally valued in the pursuit of sustainable delivery of quality software.
